Cancellation/No-Show Policies

Full cost of your reservation will be debited from your credit/bank card at time of booking to guarantee reservation. In case of booking cancellation payments deduction will be made as follows: Full payment shall be unconditionally refunded for cancellation made up to 30 days before the check-in date. Penalty charge for cancellation between 29 and 15 days before arrival is 10 percent of stay. Penalty charge for cancellation between 14 and 2 days before arrival is 30 percent of stay. Penalty charge for cancellation 1 day before arrival is 50 percent of stay. Penalty charge for cancellation on the day of arrival is 100 percent of stay.
