SIR NICK FALDO
Nick Faldo has achieved a great number of successes since 1977 and in 2005, he gained appreciation by being a golf commentator in ABC Channel of USA.
He has 11 significant achievements in total, the last one in 1997. He became the most successful point scorer of all times with P46, W23, L19 and H4 records. Another important achievement is that he won the 11th place in 2005 St. Andrews The Open Championship.
In 1996, he really attracted the great attention of the viewers during the his competition with Greg Norman in Masters Tournament. He was awarded significantly in 30 Europe Tour, 4 PGA Championship and 3 Irish Opens tournaments. He became very famous due to his success and also the income over one million EURO earned in 3 free tournaments held in USA in 1992. Faldo became the partner of David Carter afterwards Leadbetter in 1998 then he brought the first World Cup to England in Auckland in the same year.
For his contributions and service to golf, Nick Faldo received a knighthood from Queen Elizabeth II in 2009.
